Fixed a few reports and a minor update procedure problem
Main feature is the addition of collection annual match shooter information while still using the database for your monthly shoots.

If you have installed the 64 bit version of office, then this version should work.  I could not test, but followed instructions.  Normally there is no reason to install the 64 bit version.

Cound not increase number of stages after you added a shooter.

One of the detail reports was not sorting the "by time" correct. ( report was correct, but jumbled )

Added a 2 stage report

Posse With Table was not transfering during update
Posse With Table was not clearing out when new match starts causing possable error message if using calculated groups

Added Legal paper reports for SOME of the detail reports.  Only added for those that made an advantage of printing on fewer sheets than the Letter page.

  Fixes 2 small errors. 
  1) When upgrading from an older version there could be 
  an error when the auto gender selection starts. Now fixed.
  2) When using multi match, if you change a shooters catagory in one match, the 
  second match will look like it has been changed also. You would see the wrong 
  catagory for the user while entering their scores. The real catagory is used 
  for reports, but the wrong one showing during scoring could cause great confusion. 
  This is now fixed.

8/31/2010 Version 17 Multimatch. Major changes to this version. 
  Please let me know if you find anything wrong. The basic scoring is still the 
  same easy way it has always been. But for you power users, this includes the 
  ability to host multiple shoots in the same file. Ie you can have a main state 
  match, bp mini shoot, and wild bunch all running at the same time.
  This version also allows you to mark DNF's did not finish and you can control 
  them to score as normal or take them out of the match standings.

Since this is a major change, I have delayed many times trying 
  to test as best as I can. So please do a little testing yourself before using 
  as your sole program. I know the main scoring part is correct. Small problems 
  may show up in a report or something.

I will be creating a new reference guide to teach all the new 
  functions, ( said that before, but I mean it this time. ha )
  The muti is not hard to use. Create the match, and then just be sure you have 
  the match selector on the match you want to deal with. There is one selector 
  on the main form, and then some of the sub forms have their own selector.
